A curriculum designed for modern engineering management

The Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) prepares you to lead complex engineering projects and teams in today’s technology-driven industries. Whether your background is in engineering, business, or another field, this program builds the management, analytical, and technical skills needed to advance your career.

The curriculum combines engineering principles with strategic project management and business leadership, helping you learn how to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects. You will use modern tools and software to apply deterministic models, optimize industrial operations, and conduct economic analyses that inform decision-making.

You will also explore the human, managerial, and technical aspects of engineering leadership, developing the expertise to manage teams, drive innovation, and deliver results across industries.
