In Technological Development and Innovation, the first course of the Technology Leadership in the Age of AI specialization, we focus on the development of new technologies, and the important role that leadership has in innovating, strategizing, and organizing teams who are developing those technologies. You will learn the business of technology – how it is adopted, expanded, and meets new users. You will explore how to lead the development and diffusion of new technologies with an eye for strategic process, investment, and timing. No new technology is possible without the teams that design and develop it. This course will provide you with strategies to ensure effective communication and collaboration among the different teams in your enterprise in order to bring new tech solutions from the ideas stage to the market.
