Very basic course. It could be a starting point but need to go in much more depth to take full benefit of Copilot

• The only data examples provided in this course were sales and marketing data Incorporating a variety of data in the examples would improve the course. • The Dialogue section was highly irritating. Coach had a tendency to be verbose and too general if it had to deal with data questions not related to sales and marketing. • Structurally the Dialogue section was in the wrong place: it came after the brief intro for each module. Dialogue expected the course taker to know how to use CoPilot techniques from the brief intro but the course taker hadn’t been shown the techniques in action. If you don’t eliminate Dialogue entirely, use it as a review tool by placing it AFTER the section where you show the course taker how to use the techniques. This approach would reinforce the learning. • It would be a more effective course if we had the opportunity to use the features instead of just watching the presentation go through the steps. I suggest having a “workbook” section where people get to try out the techniques being taught. • There was no discussion of safe use of client data when using AI tools and techniques. That’s a big omission. • The course only glancingly addressed the issue that you have to use Microsoft One Drive cloud storage when you’re using CoPilot on Excel files. That’s another big omission that has impacts on businesses whose data storage takes a different approach. You’re forcing them to use a certain cloud, where they might already use a different cloud-based storage. • When we use CoPilot, what does Microsoft do with the data? Do they retain it and use it for unstated purposes? This wasn’t addressed in the course. • You could consolidate the course by 40% and it would be improved.
