I was able to learn about emotions and how to manage my reactions and anticipate other people's reactions. This is a great course for managers and leaders in the workforce.

This course was highly informative but, given the amount of writing that was required, should have merited at least 5.0 or more CLPs

This course is full of text and there is no facilitator. I dont suggest someone to do this unless you are okay with the text.
